人は普段、自分を含む一つの物語を想定して生きている。
まじめに会社に行って、家族を大事にしていれば幸福でいられる、という のも一つの物語だ。それがリストラされたりすると崩れてしまう。 本人にとってはこれこそ不条理だ。 文化大革命なんて理屈に合わないことばかりが暴力的に起こって、まさに 不条理だったんだろうと思うよ。
残雪が書く話は恐ろしいけれど、その一方でなんともいえない魅力がある。 文章が詩的ですごくうまいのも理由の一つ。
